ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY?
Pobal delivers funding programmes on behalf of the Government to a
wide range of community service and development organisations,
including Early Learning and Care (ELC) and School Age Childcare (SAC)
services. This role is based in the Monitoring, Analysis and Outcomes
Unit, which is responsible for collecting data on outputs and outcomes
of programmes, its analysis, producing reports for the funders and
providing insights for programme design and policy development.
The post holder will be responsible for analysis of operational data
and producing business intelligence to support Early Years Operations
teams in business planning and decision-making. The role will
indevelopment of new reports, dashboards and answering of complex
queries from Early Years Operations teams that require an analytical
approach.
The purpose of this role is to assist Pobal in achieving the ambition
of leveraging existing data, realising its value as an asset and
better using information to underpin programme design and operational
decision making.
